The e2Campus emergency alert system will transition to an opt-out system on March 4, 2013. This means that if you have a Carlow email address you will automatically be registered in e2Campus and you will receive alert messages via your Carlow email. If you do not wish to receive these messages you may opt-out.
When the transition takes place all users, including those that are currently registered and new users, must login with the Username and Password that has been created for you. This will be your Carlow network logon name and the password is your Carlow ID number (must be 7 digits).
Username: absmith (Carlow email name)
Password: 0123456 (Carlow ID number)
* Password must be 7 digits—enter zeros before ID number if less than 7 digits.
You will need to login to e2Campus using your Carlow created login credentials and register your phone numbers and carriers to receive voice and text message alerts. In addition, you may add additional email addresses.
If you previously registered for e2Campus with a username other than your Carlow network login name, you will now have 2 accounts. You should login to e2Campus using your Carlow created login credentials to ensure that you have all your phone numbers, email and carrier information registered and up-to-date to receive text and voice messages and alerts to other email accounts.
You may incur a cost when an alert message is sent depending on your phone service contract or device. If you choose to opt-out, you must login to e2Campus and select “SERVICES” at the top of the screen and select “MAKE INACTIVE” on any information that is listed, email addresses, text or voice numbers.
